When give it to landfill is a waste of money

We went to Plymouth in the UK and after an obligatory chippie cone pit stop, we went to visit Craig and Sharon at Micro-mini plant hire.

In the back yard there is an MB Crusher MB-C50 parked on a stockpile of material that they took back, waiting to be crushed. Craig enlightened us of the fact that the crushed down material works better than the 803 they used to buy. Why? Because they purchased one has sandy spots and the water sits on it, while the material they make is from concrete, brick and rubble and the water goes right through.

Plus the operator sits comfortably and safely in the cab and stays dry, while earning money!

"It is brilliant, it is a win-win for us" says Craig.

When give it to landfill is a waste of money

Established in 2007, their company has kept growing and this year they decided to buy a crusher bucket to keep improving their fleet and looking after our environment (we commend you guys). The MB Crusher bucket offers the benefit of flexibility to use it directly at the customer site, instead of taking the lumps back to their yard. It is a one-man operation so there is no road traffic…

‘’ …and it is also very therapeutic as well when you are sat in there crushing!’’ Says Sharon.

So why the MB Crusher unit? For the size, it can crush down the material.

Micro-mini plant hire has made the right choice, giving the material to landfill is a waste of money. By simply reducing, reusing and recycling the material they are improving sustainability and their operations at the same time. Looking forward to seeing you soon and till next time let’s keep the memory alive with some delicious scrumpy cider.
