Last week MB went to Iceland and touched the very extreme borders of Europe

Our trip to Iceland last week had important appointments, beginning from Reykjavík, where we signed the exclusive contract with our dealer Icemac ehf and had a demo by their customer “Ellert Skúlason ehf”. The company is being working on renovation and rebuilding of runways of the biggest airport in Iceland, Keflavik Airport. The BF 70.2 will be used to crush the old asphalt in order to use it on site for new runways basements.

The BF 70.2 saves costs & time respect to their old mobile crushing plant. We moved then to the north-east coast, in Egilsstaðir, where we met another customer of Icemac ehf, Ársverk ehf, owner of two MB products: BF 70.2 and MB-S14.

The company works mainly for the Road Authorities and for their community. Since they are very far away from procurement sites of material, the combination of the two MB Buckets allows the company to crush and select hard river stones that will be used for the road surface maintainance and for new basements construction.
