REPLACING A RETAINING WALL
Our client needed to remove an unstable concrete retaining wall and replace it with reinforced soil.
The most profitable and easy solution that they found was to use an MB-C50 Crusher bucket and an MB-S10 screening bucket. The results? The company saved on their budget by using the two MB Crusher buckets because they were able to:
- separate the stones from the dirt and then crushing them;
- produce crushed stones then used it as drainage material;
- fill the molds with the material from the ground;
- work without blocking traffic and eliminate material hauling and disposal costs.
DRY STONE WALL
Every company has its techniques when building a dry stone wall. Still, everyone requires putting one stone on top of the other, often without using any other material, except when they occasionally use dry dirt.
With an MB-G sorting grapple, the job is easier and can be done precisely and quickly. The units allow you to:
- position any size and shape rock or stone with extreme precision;

RETAINING WALL
A customer needed to fix a damaged retaining wall. Due to its height, it was impossible to build a reinforced concrete barrier. So they decided to dismantle the preexisting wall and to use local natural material to raise a new wood and stone structure.
By using the MB-C50 crusher bucket and the MB-S10 screening bucket in a short amount of time they:
- recycled the resulting waste material;
- produced high quality stabilizing material, that was reused immediately for drainage;
- eliminated all hauling and aggregate purchase expenses.
