PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The processing of your personal data, collected at the time of completing the "MB Newsletter" form on our website, which is only associated with the https://www.mbcrusher.com domain, will be carried out for the purposes indicated below.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data relating to each purpose is specified next to each one. When consent is indicated as the legal basis for processing, it is understood that the data will be processed by the Controller for these purposes only after obtaining your consent (as "Data Subject"). Finally, with regard to the legitimate interests indicated, they relate to the instance in which the Controller has an interest in processing the Data Subject’s browsing data in order to enable you to visit the web pages.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

RETENTION PERIOD

The Controller will store the data for marketing purposes for a period of 24 months.

YOUR RIGHTS

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) and the current national legislation, the Data Subject may, at any time and in the manner and within the limits provided for by the current legislation, exercise the following rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the said Regulation:

This will make it impossible for the Controller to send you communications to promote the sale of products or services directly similar to those you previously purchased (so-called soft spamming).
to object to an automated decision-making process, including profiling (Article 22);
to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to revocation;
to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Article77 GDPR and Article 140 bis Legislative Decree 196/2003) if you believe that the processing of your data is in breach of the legislation in force.
