The selection, the first stage

The featured MB Crusher unit is the MB-G1200 sorting grapple. In Croatia, because of its versatility and precision, it was used by one of our customers to move and sort waste at a recycling centre. The MB-G1200 is one of 9 models available and can be installed on excavators from 18 to 30 tons, like the heavy equipment it worked on, a Komatsu PC210.

All MB Crusher sorting grapples are equipped with an anti-fall valve, which ensures maximum safety on the job site by preventing accidental opening in the event of a sudden drop in pressure from the carrier machine, and a silent block, which allows them to be used even in areas where noise needs to be kept under control. Ideal tools for those seeking versatility and precision.

Cleaning, the second step

Another MB Crusher unit is the shafts screener, an MB-HDS314 with 8mm shafts (RE8 kit) was used to clean topsoil at the construction site of a new sports centre in Italy. In this way, the soil thus processed was reused directly on site.

The shafts screener was installed on a Caterpillar 315.

There are 10 other models of shaft screeners, for heavy equipment from 1.3 up to 45 tons. All models have interchangeable shafts that can be replaced quickly on the job site; the equipment comes with a shaft holder that allows the shafts to be easily inserted and aligned.

Processing, the last stage

With a BF90.3 crusher bucket, a company in Brazil reduced operating costs by crushing concrete pillars. Once crushed, the material is reused for the production of aggregate, precisely because the MB Crusher provides regular production of the output material. Iron, on the other hand, is resold.

There are 12 other MB Crusher bucket crusher units; the BF90.3 jaw crusher weighs 3.5 tons and can be mounted on excavators from 21 to 32 tons. The customer simply used his Caterpillar 320 to get the job done quickly and smoothly.

There are still numerous benefits for companies with MB products. Want to find out which ones?
