A road contractor in the Eastern Part of India had been supplying river bed stone to the local static crusher for their GSB requirements.
However, the Company was looking for ways to reduce the high costs of transportation considering the tough hilly terrain. The output from the crushing operations was being sold to the local market as aggregates to road contractors (30mm - 40mm down) and for Concrete preparation (20mm down). Customer quickly realised that there was a huge opportunity to scale up his profit margin if he could configure a solution whereby the crushing operations could be undertaken at his own site.

- Materials to be crushed: River bed material;
- Application: Supplying crushed materials to Road and Civil Contractors for GSB and concrete;
- Input Size: 100mm – 150 mm boulders;
- Output Size requirement: 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm down;
- Base Machine: Manitou Backhoe loader.
- Productivity requirement: 20mm down / 10cm per hour;
